Driving

If you are driving, take Exit 18 off of I 91, follow the signs to Barnet (about 1 mile), turn left at the Post Office in Barnet onto US 5, go half a mile, just after going under the two underpasses of I 91, turn hard left into the driveway. Milarepa Center, 1344 US Route 5 South.

By Air

If you are coming from overseas, Boston is the nearest big airport. From the airport the best way is to take a taxi to South Station as the public transportation is not luggage friendly. But if you really want to go by public transportation then take the "T", Blue Line going in the direction Bowdoin, Change to the Orange Line at State Street going towards Forest Hills, Go one stop to Down Town Crossing, Change to the Red Line, go in the direction to Mattapan and Braintree, Go one stop to South Station.
