Tiny House 2 Matching Grant

We have just been offered a $5,000 matching grant to help with some additional expenses to build our second tiny house. Please help us match this amount so we can complete this worthwhile and much-needed structure this year. Although our last eletter said we had raised the necessary funds, we now realize we actually need $10,000 more since we havebeen unable to assemble a team of volunteer builders. My experience has been at other centers that existed in more populous locations, we could always draw on the local community to pitch in. This has not been the case at Milarepa. Our board of directors now feels that it's best to keep the project moving along and have contracted with a local builder to complete the little housethis year - thus the additional funding need. Last year, I applied for a grant from FPMT's Merit Box Fund to help toward this project and was just notified that we have been awarded a $5,000matching grant! This means that when we raise $5,000, they will match that with a $5,000 contribution. Inthis way, every dollar you give is automatically doubled.
